DFIRTM A breakthrough in PIR Movement Detection Ordinary PIR sensors can sometimes trigger false alarms as they only monitor and process single frequency infra red signals – and even non moving objects that can change temperature quickly such as radiators, heating and ventilation grilles and even windows, can produce typical single frequency signals - creating false alarms. DFIRTM ignores an alert generated from a single frequency and using special sensors and processing, searches for confirming signals at two different infra red frequencies characteristic of a moving target – resulting in a TRUE intruder alarm. HighBarTM Waveform processing separates real pulses from noise and then requires alternating polarity pulses to confirm the alarm trigger. DigineTM Digital amplifier has only ceramic capacitors which are far more reliable and accurate than traditional aluminium electrolyte capacitors. White Light Protection A large 4x5mm white light filter window allows sensor element to be positioned far from the filter.

PYROFLEXTM Has between 10 and 100 times more signal than conventional detectors meaning less amplification required in the sensor thus further reducing false alarm rates. SURESPOTTM Uses micro-controller waveform processing to assess the complex curves and dips of real signals that often ‘trick’ other sensors.
